With a brief historical overview, we attempt to connect the concept of revolution to the visual action of Sudanese visual artists and tackle it through the European narrative of the history of plastic arts to consider it within the context of the December movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The scene of the visual arts is not created according to the artist\u2019s imagination, but rather begins with the process of reception, which is formed according to the course of the event. Hassan Al-Nasser began his speech by criticizing art produced within a pre-defined space, through what is social. From there, the discussion revealed the need for differentiation, not from the standpoint of modernity, but rather through what is reproduced.
Mozaffar Ramadan spoke about the paths of the general understanding of what is artistic within the movement of art. He reviewed the artistic moment at different levels, both in its visual and performative aspects.
